What we collect

When you submit a form we collect your name, phone number, email address and the preferences you choose (such as model of interest and buyer type). We also record the advertising source of your visit (for example UTM parameters or ad click IDs), the page you landed on and the date and time of your request.

How we use it

• To send you the information you requested about Elements and respond to your inquiry by phone, text or email.
• If you tick the optional consent box, to send you news about Elements and other new-home opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as our CRM or email provider), and when required by law. We do not share your details with the builder without your permission.
